MRS Property are directly responsible for the property and asset management of a substantial property portfolio of over 400,000 square metres of lettable area.

where we provide financial management, lease management and building/site management services.

MRS Property Management includes a highly qualified and experienced team of eight Property Managers and three Facilities Managers supported by the Trust Account Manager and admin staff.

Our approach to management appointments is based on personal, professional and pro-active asset and property management.

Having developed a confident understanding of our client’s aspirations and objectives for the asset we adopt a strategic focus in addition to addressing the day to day issues, utilising the skills and experience of each of the MRS Property partners to consider the broader issues affecting the property.
